Another one, yes one of the criminals who eagerly performed their rolls as NAZI thugs a year ago in Toronto has been charged with assault causing bodily harm.

Only now, a year later, and only because of incredible persistence on behalf of unsung heros and the refusal of many to let the issue "go away" this time, have SIU reluctantly concluded that there is no way to wriggle out of this one.

So despite the many eye-witnesses they poo-pooed, and the many so-called peace officers who lied through their teeth under oath about having any "idea" who the masked man might have been, one of these insane pricks will at least have to answer some pointy questions before a judge.

Of course we, you and I, will pick up the no-doubt gigantic legal fees for his "defence" lawers, who will run up an amazing bill. And there is no guarantee this man will see a single second inside one of the cages he's fond of throwing beaten, bleeding, innocent people into, and if acquitted he will go right back on the force, a little wiser now. Wiser in that he will realize he should have smeared a little boot-polish over his tiny id number on his helmet, and that he left too much of his face visible that time, and will acquire a black ski mask to complete his ensemble the next time he gets to go to a head-cracking fiesta. Yes, live and learn.

SO, my question is this:

Why are anonymous, heavily armed jack-booted black-shirted and black-armoured thugs allowed to roam the streets of Canada in gangs, bashing heads and breaking arms without clearly identifiable insignia?

When will we see some legislation that prevents this organized Orwellian/NAZI madness from recurring ever again?
