I had originally posted this in the public forums but I thought it deserved to have a post here on my blog.

This first started with the school sending my kids home with contract offers for them and I to sign agreeing to terms that were not actually clearly set out and sometimes not even mentioned.

I resolved myself to find a way to back out of these contracts with honour. I did a little research and found that you can "Respectfully Decline" any offer while still staying in honour, heres a search for Respectfully Declined
I ended up serving the school district with a fee schedule which although crudley crafted it went through unrebutted proving that,
1.we have the right to bill these clowns
2.we have a lawful tool to keep them working for us

So I received a letter in the mail from my local disability distribution center called the Ministry of Housing and Social Development, or in other words 'Human Slave Distribution' center. They said that they were going to withhold payment of my disability payment for the next month because I did not volunteer any information about my children and they gave me a specific date as to when I was to contact them by phone. I chose to forgo the phone call as it costs me by the minute to use the phone.

I went into their office in person to present them with my "OFFER DECLINED" printed in red across their informational statement that they were going to hold my payment. I went over and presented it to the person they directed me to. This person was suprised to see what I had printed on their document, and went on to offer up a ton of verbal contracts, all of which I declined verbally. I told her that I was declining their offer to withhold my payment and I would volunteer said information about my children but I did not consent to their withholding my payment. After several attempts to implicate me in one of their schemes of which I had paperwork to show otherwise and I was not involved in any schemes and I went on to state that I am a man of honour and I know "your rules" and have not broken any of them to the best of my knowledge. The public servant went on to make a few entries in the computer and then told me it was all fixed.

The information they requested was about my 17 year old daughter living in an apartment that I pay for and is entirely in my name including the utilities. They were adamant that I had done something wrong because we were not living in the same house. But "we were living in the same house" I said, " I have two households and I buy the food and pay the bills and they follow my rules (more like WFS laws honestly), you could say its an extension of my family household as my house was not big enough and it was just cheaper to rent another unit in the same complex because I still had control over that household and it was mine" (Definition of ownership being possesion) "I have the keys and I pay the bills I got a second set of keys cut for my daughter from my set"

I never even got the chance to tell them about fulfilling my duties as a parent. The first thing they saw was my offer declined, they poked and prodded a few times but in the end I did not have to change my stand because it is the truth.

I have also crafted a new amended fee schedule which was crafted just for them claiming that I have the right to bill the minister of HSD and his wife for any and all requests for my time.
Enclosed is the copy of what I delivered to their office so far.

I was just a trundling along across the web the other day when I stumbled upon this, not realising the significance of this statement until I had read it a couple of times.
More to come on this, it's just been a bit since I posted so I wanted to get something out there, I am blessed with way too many deadlines......

No I don't mean WFS members I mean members of a certain police force.
I discovered this little tidbit 5 word gem that turns the cops green. I figured it out thanks to Rob with all his talking about how they have the color of law and all these other duties to uphold. Thank you very much Rob of the family Menard. After reading many many acts I found that the guy on the beat gets to hold the doody club, because he is fulfilling his duties to his oath.

Tried and tested by me no less than 10 times with all types of slovenly gooberment officials, from the lowley receptionist at the agents office to fully uniformed members on the beat, five simple words.

Okay back to the beginning, I manage a complex series of rental units in a complex...! So, I get cops here all the time and they as soon as they open their mouths I have this nasty habit of getting them to shove their own foot in it, sometimes both feet.

The local constabulary has this habit of claiming that they have all the authority, well they DO except here where I live.
I have this sign on my wall that says "This is a Common Law Jurisdiction" the cop steps into my house, reads the sign then right away she jumps (literally) back outside the door, my sign is by my front door in plain sight.

When I asked the three cops "who here was going to accept full commercial liability for their lack of performance in fulfilling their duties"
Funny.... Three heavily armed constables started to squirm like schoolgirls needing to go pee and then one of them states after a few moments "thats not going to happen" so it begins.

I tell them these 5 words "By your lack of performance to your oath you are preventing me from
fulfilling my duties as the caretaker".
It matters not whether you are fulfilling your duties to the mucus membranes in your nose by way of inserting your finger in it or you are fulfilling your duties as a parent to ensure your children have the best possible life unencumbered by the burden of debt and with a full education to help better the society we all live.

The key phrase here is "fulfilling my duties as the" after the 'the' put in any verb, adjective or noun as long as it applies to the point you are trying to make.

After taking this approach one cop told me "I don't want to argue with you" to which I replied, "I am only seeking clarification" at which point she shut her size 9 mouth.
I told her "by her utter lack of performance in fulfilling her duties she was preventing me from fulfilling my duties here as the property manager" to which she turned green and said she had to leave.
She then gave me her personal cell number and told me to call her at any time!

As we all know, heresay is heresay but today I am going to partially engage in pandering to heresay as I did yesterday and I will tomorrow.

Today they claim is my birthday. The vey same date I had celebrated last year and the year before and so on. Here is where I take exception to this, upon the actual date I was born I was under a lot of pressure that day, I couldn't count so I dont know exactly how long it took to get here and I didn't even know what day it was let alone what year it was.

I was in rough shape being all of a few seconds old and all messed up from the bright lights and morons hollering at me, and just who was that asshole that slapped me on the ass? I had never seen him before and I have never seen him since leaving me with a ton of doubts as to the validity of the recording involved with dating my berth.

Ships log are usually pretty thorough and although it is only heresay they claim to have a witness to my berthing (gasp) of all people, my mother.

So I take the three days around the supposed date to celebrate the death of a slave and the rebirth of a new member of mankind...ME !

So the three of us (me, myself and I) are taking three days to rejuvinate, meditate, calculate and postulate my future. I feel it's time for an accounting of my deeds, good and bad done by me as I do every year at this time.

Today is the day I go over all my stuff to determine the value my life has and examine what I have provided the great earth mother in return for being provisioned with opportunity to come here as many time as I have. On this day I give the earth mother thanks for providing me with this incredible place to live.

For that I give the earth mother my eternal gratitude.

So I say "happy birthday"
Being myself I reply "thank you"
But then the 'me' I have always been comes along to say "shut up will ya I can't think in here with all that talking going on"
ha ha?
