I would like you to pen those invitations. You do not need to know the names of the invitees, merely their roles, and I ask you address them as such. If needed I will do the first, or work with you on them.

They are Faith, Truth, Justice, Honour, Peace.

I would like to be able to deliver these invitations, on nice parchment, sealed with wax and looking really cool.

If they can be handwritten in calligraphy, that would be the absolute shit!

In any event we need the text of the invitations.

Do one lesson in BBB - Understanding a Claim of Right. Purpose and Effect

Break down of the Judicial Review Process and the topics we seek to have clarified. This may cost some money, but if we do it right we may be able to garner that support from the populace. Maybe look for specific patrons of freedom. We could have an online telethon. How much does a judicial review cost?

Need to arrange a strategy meeting with the entire Bridge outlining the basic plan. Maybe just post it.... problem is I do not want to reveal too much on any online site or in email....

We need to contact the performers for the SOFP ASAP. Need to craft an invitation. Give that to Amy. We need to send out a global invitation to all sovereign, um, 'Native' peoples.

Have to contact the town of Canmore people ASAP. Really need our diplomatic corps! Please God send me some Angels!

I would like people to start thinking of the things we would like to have judicially reviewed.

I tried to start a thread on the forum, but some people are so focused on presenting an argument they fail to work out the foundation of the argument. In this way we are kept arguing between ourselves and herew, and not against the government and in a proper judicial forum.

So, put on your thinking caps, and lets se what sort of list we could get happening.

EXAMPLE: Are we obliged to apply for government issued ID in order to exercise our right to travel?

So it is about time to get ship happening. I want to get 3CPO on the road to completion. I think now is the time, and the public would accept it.

We need a website, and means for people to sign up and register.

We need a good oath that all will be comfortable with, or a series of examples.

We need simple contracts so that we operate under one and can claim we were hired.

We need Badges designed. I like the idea of incorporating a camera or audio recorder in it, and not telling them. We can leave it recording if they take it.

We need some form of simple uniform with clearly identifiable flaps with PEACE OFFICER on it in big bold letters on the front and back, and CCCPO on the crest. They should be highly visible/or reversible, cheap and easily sourced.

We need a stores man for that....

We need a stores on the website so people who join can purchase their equipment. This could be one of those Order on Demand type things, which could generate a bit of funds, and be easy to operate and set up.

We need a well stated Mission and Vision and a clearly stated mandate. One that the public will love, and the policy makers and enforcers will not be able to argue.

We need to begin contacting the public specifically in three chosen cities, and generally coast to coast to coast, and seek what is called stake holders input.

This could be in the form of letters, people going door to door, email campaign, a youtube video, and the like. Certainly we have to give warning to the police of our actions.

We also have to have some form of judicial review in order to get the Sheriff on side. I have a powerful argument, but some research supporting it would be great, and the logic behind it could be sharpened.

Then we need our first 13 people, and a little ceremony, where contracts are signed, silver exchanged, oaths made, (I know, I know) and ID's issued.

We will need a central authority or council. It will have to be composed of civilians, Freemen and existing and retired police. We will start by assigning the role to the Sheriff. If he refuses he does so at his peril. I do not believe he will refuse, but in fact will welcome.

This thing we create and give to Canada once we give it, is no longer ours, so we have to make it good. I like the idea of a cell structure, with thirteen people maximum being in each. One guy hires another, and is responsible for doing so. Then that guy hires another and down the line until you have 13 people, and it goes back around to the first guy who did the hiring. That is one cell, responsible for their actions as a whole, and individually responsible for whom they have hired, and answerable to them directly. There has to be a level of accountability that is unsurpassed. These cells would all choose one to represent their interest and views to the National Council of Peace Officers, the governing body elected by the members.

We need a training program to teach the police about the law, as well as the public who wish to join. We may not need to teach them a lot, merely make available the materials and get the BBB happening with various instructors in all sorts of topics. I think we should have Kent set up a training program, so he can teach someone how to teach others how to use it. Or he needs an assistant capable of such tasks immediately.

There is huge opportunity with the video in Victoria surfacing. The public is ripe, and willing to look at remedial options, but if we move inappropriately we could easily alienate and anger the peace officers we want on side.

This is where the Diplomatic Angels would be useful....

I am ready to work with some people to develop a strategy. I have a whole bunch of what I think are good ideas, am pretty sure how to do it, but would like to bounce it around my Bridge see how much better it can get... I believe a bit of patience will be in order, as we still need a few more people. Specifically now I see need for researchers, (Jackie?) the Diplomat, and tech weasels.

NOTICE 1:
Lenny Bruce has accepted the assignment of Captain's Ensign. His roles will be to act as liaison between myself and others when needed, act as backup for the bridge crew if they need a break, train on all stations and essentially train to become a Captain. His other role is to help me meet my obligations and remember appointments and meetings and essentially help get this all organized. He will be responsible for creating a schedule that I can keep, and lighting fires under my ass if I get lazy or tired. I ask you all treat him with full respect, teach him what you can about your roles, and welcome him to the Bridge Crew.

NOTICE 2:
Kent Has been promoted to the depths of the ship and is now our 'Scotty', pending acceptance. He is not to leave the Bridge until he finds suitable replacement, someone who can act as an instant link to him. Our Bridge communicator, someone who can monitor and ensure proper communication is achieved. My feedback loop. He is the Ships Chief Engineer, and I acknowledge he is not the Engineer on my ship, I am the Captain on his.

NOTICE 3
This week we need to lay foundation blocks for certain key things.
One is the tour. Belinda in Edmonton is all keyed up for that and I would like someone on the Bridge to oversee that unit, appoint a Leader, likely not Belinda, but someone who can work with her and has the experience she may lack. There are a number of people in the emails suitable, as well as Static the Mic Addict, or Wes in Canmore is keyed up too.

Today we also need to have a chat specific about those emails, and decide who we contact and how. I have a letter ready, and will send it to Lenny for dispersal to appropriate parties. The three folks who responded to Paul I would like to invite to fill roles on the Bridge.

Proposal:
I would like us to extend an official invitation to DarrylC from the other board to act as one of the stakeholders in the formation of C3PO and assign someone to begin weekly skype meetings and a forum thread on our private forum specific to this, so ideas can be collected for the white paper we need to create. This group will be asked to solicit opinions from across Canada, and maybe we can find a budget to include town meetings in the tour and get as much input as possible. I would like that invitation to come from the Diplomat on our Bridge, and if we do not have one then we propose one from the emails, or we choose one from amongst ourselves. This is a great chance to begin flexing our coordination abilities.

NOTICE
Another major concern this week, which I would like addressed ASAP, is the matter of Membership Cards. We need those created and ready to go. The design is done, and they are going out, but slowly from what I understand. John would like to get that obligation off his plate and as he is the CAO I believe it has been there long enough. We either need to get him an assistant drawn from the ranks, or we centralize that function for all Chapters or something. This is a VITAL TODO and needs be properly addressed. I ask for ideas and suggestions on how best to address this issue.

NOTICE
On to other matters. I will be initiating legal action against a couple of targets, and I need a legal research team available. This is another opportunity to begin the communication process needed. It can also be tied in with Freedom' Kewl University and the information sought can be the project of the class. Essentially we will be looking for a small group of people to research various case histories concerning the right to travel. That team will form and the first project is crafting a powerful concise and properly supported brief concerning our right to travel, not have license and use public property. Although much is already out there, I want them to make their own they can put their name to, and learn how to research and present briefs and arguments.

I hope our success does not come down to that, but it seems likely to be at least partly a function of how much we can generate and how wisely we disburse it. In that note I have been contacted by a guy very interested in OrganoZone and I really need someone to oversee that, and I will require the Bridge Crew to be on the 'Board of Directors' for that aspect of our operations. This will require a meeting to be arranged between myself, the guy in question, and who ever will be overseeing that operation.

Also...

Myself and John are very busy working on NinjaCat, with high hopes for using it in our endeavours, generating working capital and getting our energy fields up. We will be utilizing this little project to build team unity, demonstrate and practise cooperation, and start the ball rolling so to speak.

The goal with this is to finish the prototype, have a second design ready to go, create a decent business plan and proposal, and find suitable investment, allowing us to create a Freeman operated business which will share the wealth very equitably.

We are looking for people who can research parts and prices, assemble information, craft a business plan, and help design electronics and software for specific applications. We have already shown it to a guy in the states, who is now so excited that he is purchasing some needed equipment for us, and helping with the design. The basic business plan that we have available will be made available to the WFS Admins and those who join this effort.

I would like to have discussions with 'Lenny and Kent', 'Paul and Patrick' either today or tomorrow. After the discussion with the latter two, I would like them to begin plotting a course which will bring us to the Summit and allow for a tour, as well as incorporate the stops we define along the way. We will cover all that when we chat. I ask you two groups find a suitable time for yourselves and let me know when that is.

We also have a huge publishing opportunity with a certain publishing house, and I would like for the Bridge Crew to examine that opportunity and see if there is sufficient cause to open discussion with them. They are here:

This is the Captain's To-Do List

This is just a collection of my thoughts and todo's... I am hopeful that the Ensign and new Strategy Officer will view it and help me organize and create a proper time line. Some of the things will not happen, and is maybe just wish full thinking, but they will not happen if I don't put them up.

I would also like to invite the young guy, Tom Prins to the Bridge as Strategy Officer and ask that he be supported in that role and help him begin the White Paper for the C3PO project.

I would like all Bridge members to think and write on all these subjects, and we begin collecting our ideas on them. I would also like us to have meeting with specific agendas, just short ones, where we discuss these issues solely, keep records of what we want to have develop and then have that mass of energy and ideas ready for the leaders.

I was contacted by a POD Press that published the AT's handbook. They are VERY interested in a non-fiction work on this subject. I have a number of ideas for that, one consisting of a series of letters much like 'Letters to Authorities' but it would be titled 'Hello and Good Day!" And all letters would begin like that. We would work as a unit, share the proceeds or use them for our societal purposes, and begin some serious legal action, and start to really bring this up to speed. We can all have a hand in these letters, as they will require research, editing and proofreading and could include illustrations. I can also take stuff off Lulu and let them run with it. Or we can make a Freeman Guide and make it a collective effort, with teams doing the chapters. Either way there is enormous potential developing with this publisher and it should be explored and abundance secured. It has the smell of abundance and of the Universe blessing us. And the timing is awesome. The letters we write could merely be the thigs we use in the legal actions. See later notes.

We need to get our leaders chosen, they are coming together but we still have work to do there. It get easier though, as Tom will help with that when aboard. I am meeting with him personally tomorrow.

All Bridge and Crew members should be operating on a double buddy system, and they should change them up regularly, lest cliques form. All Bridge members should have an understudy/assistant. They will chose their own. Make it someone you trust, cause if I do not they are off the Bridge.

Legal actions need to be initiated, and this requires a research crew, and until we get that, we may be called to do it ourselves, if we want the action to proceed.

Initial action will be about travel, and will coordinate actions nationally in Ontario, BC, Alberta and the East. We will seek judicial review of the right to travel, in a very clever and strategic manner. We need to tie in with the formation of 3CPO though, so we will have to coordinate carefully. That research group will also be needed for 3CPO as well.

Software programmer is needed for the NinjaCat unit. Need to know Basic programming for the PICAXE micro controller.

Game designers are needed for the business plan for the NinjaCat, as well as business minded people. We have a guy in the States, Larry, who has donated a bit of cash and time and is sending us the sprockets we need. He sees enormous potential in the security applications of this unit, as well as the game idea.

The Notary Unit needs to have immediate support in the form of us contacting them, finding out what they need, and ensuring they establish themselves lawfully and properly. They will require minimal funding, and I have a number of people on it already. Pavlo Papdakis is starting in Montreal, and there is a lady in Alberta, and Doug Larson is willing to do it here, though he would need an assistant, and I do not know that he would qualify. We really want people with University educations, though I have complete faith in Doug's ability to do the job.

If we want to have a tour and summit, we should likely arrange time for a discussion specific to that and form a task group charged with making it happen. I could make it happen if I had a bit of assistance in certain regards, but I do not want to spread myself too thinly.

We need an assistant for John, or we need to replace him. He is tired, not having much fun with the role, does not really have the admin skills, has held the fort well and has asked to be replaced. Any takers?

I may open another skype account so I can have two computers here operating at once online and have bigger meetings.

We need to host a lesson on the BBB of some sort and start using all these wonderful tools Kent has made available.
