Will you follow me on a little journey into a different world? Different for you - but not for me! I am my UNCLE's favourite nephew - his beloved pet.
First: I make no money. I am so poor that nobody could take anything away from me if I were to file for bankruptcy tomorrow. I could actually apply for "welfare" or "social services" or whatever you call it in your country when people cannot fend for themselves and get the government to pay their fundamental living expenses. I seriously do not know how to apply for those support services, though - and I have no interest in it either, as I have no intention of misusing a system that is meant to help people who cannot make their own ends meet.
I have my UNCLE, so I do not need any help from the government. I can live the life I want to live - and I do enjoy myself!
There are some serious advantages connected to being poor! In the past, I often had my way to the courts, with all kinds of legal disputes. I am a bit of risk taker, and sometimes things did not go as smooth as expected. But that doesn't bother me anymore. Last time someone threatened me with a lawsuit if I did not comply with a ridiculous frivolous demand, I simply laughed! I own nothing, so there is nothing to win by suing me. When people find out about that, they generally leave me alone. Life is much easier that way. Having to defend myself takes time and energy - and money for the lawyers. It is not worth it. Plus: you never know if the judge will truly support your case... there is always a risk of losing, even the most obvious case!
UNCLE owns the house I live in. Nice and comfortable house. If he wanted a tenant, he should charge about $2,000/month in rent - at least. I pay much less... But I could also pay more, if I wanted!
UNCLE owns other properties also. He likes to invest in real estate - and I like to help him. I arrange all the deals for him and just send him the final contracts to sign. I take care of the rest, including hiring people to do the maintenance and stuff and landlord duties I don't feel like doing myself.
The income from the real estate mounts to some nice sums for UNCLE. But I make sure he gets to spend it all on me! ?
The cars in the garage belong to UNCLE's businesses. He has several. I am Director for some of the domestic ones, and I take care of the contact with the Directors for the IBCs.
One of UNCLE's businesses bought an invention I made and got patented. I sold it to him for cheap - but it now appears to have some very serious value. I am negotiating for UNCLE with some manufacturer about a license agreement for UNCLE. That agreement will pay UNCLE's business a very neat royalty that he will get tax-free, of course...
UNCLE also owns all the shares in the businesses I enjoy working for: Novasol and K9joy. They do not make much money though - but his IBCs do! Although I physically work for those domestic businesses, I am billing my time and expertise to them through UNCLE's IBCs who own the proprietary rights to my books other publications. As for the invention, I sold those rights to UNCLE's businesses. I did not get much for them - but they sure create some nice tax-free income now for UNCLE!
The grand piano is also owned by UNCLE. I love to play it. Sometimes, I wish he could hear it - but he can't.
Also the giant fish tank with the tropical fish - it is very fancy and taller than a person - it makes up an entire wall between two rooms in the house. I built it over many years. It is probably worth a small fortune - but I don't care - it belongs to UNCLE.
Overall, I love to work for UNCLE and his businesses. He basically let's me do whatever I want - he never argues with me and never reprimands me for my mistakes. He just pays when I send the bills, including those for my own time when I need a little cash to pay my rent and a few other small things...
I do not need much cash. UNCLE has given me several credit cards and a debit cards I can use as I want. I generally take care that I use particularly the credit cards only for relevant business expenses when I do business for UNCLE. But all my travelling, for instance, is always paid for by UNCLE. When I take my wife or some friends out for dinner, this is certainly also paid for by UNCLE. Gas for the cars: UNCLE pays. He also pays insurance and license. Even the repairs. The phone bill. Last year when we got a new roof on the house, UNCLE's business paid for that, as he pays for the utilities.
I hardly ever buy anything for myself. When I buy something, it is almost always for UNCLE. I take care of those acquisitions, though, as if they were mine. But they aren't. It is very comforting to know that they aren't. It means that nobody can take them away from me, because they do not belong to me!
When my wife needs a new dress, UNCLE pays. He also paid her birthday present - and my new winter coat.
I can actually not really point to anything that UNCLE does not pay for... except the cash I need for the parkometer and small things like that. So, the invoices I send to his businesses for my time are not big.... But they do show the government that I make enough money to pay my basic living expenses. Not enough to pay any significant income tax though - I cannot remember when I last paid income tax - it is a looooong time ago... ?
I do help UNCLE with the tax returns for his domestic corporations. It is easy though. We don't bother too much about the details - they don't matter much! I am pretty good at finding ways of spending the money those corporations make, so we never make any profit with them. Therefore, it matters less if I forget to keep a receipt or two - we are still "in the red"!
UNCLE's IBCs are a totally different "kettle of fish", though. They make some serious money! They have very few expenses, like the small fees to me for the rights to my intellectual property. The income licensing out those rights and from billing for my time is quite substantial! UNCLE pays no income tax, so also for his IBCs, I don't have to bother about bookkeeping and accounting other than for my own ability to give UNCLE good advice about managing those business well. That suits me just fine, as I hate bookkeeping - it is such a terribly waste of resources for normal business owners as it serves no other purpose than proving to the government that they don't have to pay more taxes than what they are obliged to by law. Just think of the prosperity these people could enjoy if they could quit spending all that time on doing that - and save all the money of paying their bookkeepers and accountants - and the taxman! I know many businesses for which this means the difference being barely surviving and being seriously profitable.
Another aspect of UNCLE I truly enjoy is his contributions to people who can make good use of his money. I can't spend it all - although I try hard...?. But that means that there are some serious funds UNCLE can donate to various charities and other purposes he likes to support. And I do too. He always has me do it. He even lets me make the choices! When I suggest he donate an amount to some charity, he just sends me the check and asks me to hand it over. I do that with great pleasure! It is very warming to see the faces on these people when I tell them that an overseas anonymous supporter wants them to receive this money and spend it as they see fit - or for a specific purpose, whatever it is. When I hand over the check, they can see that it is drawn on a foreign bank, so I do not get mistaken for being the donor - so I also get to see for real what the effect of that donation is! I like it better that way. When I did this with my own money, I had some trouble with not always trusting that the gratitude was for real. I sometimes felt the receivers were not quite honest with me - they wanted to make sure that I was pleased, sometimes even flattered. With the money coming from UNCLE, I get to see the honest reactions - and I like that much better.
I have a passion for dogs, and UNCLE shares it. At least he pays... Last year, I found a little organization that was struggling with finances - and they did a great job preventing animal cruelty. They were just private people, and they did not have any status as charitable organization. This meant that, if UNCLE wanted to support them, he could not just send them a check - it would trigger income taxes for those people and reduce the value of his donation. Instead, I brought them a debit card UNCLE established for this. It was an anonymous card, just like mine. I gave it to the people, together with a sealed envelope with the PIN code in. I told them that there was an amount on that card which they could spend as they needed - and next month, there would be another transfer made to the card's account. In fact, I arranged for UNCLE to make an automatic transfer every month to that debit card. The net result was that all UNCLE's donated money could be used by these people for the purpose it was intended for - without putting the people in trouble with taxes. I liked that!
Another thing that matters a lot to me is that I have no children of my own. But I have someone dear at heart whom I would like to secure with my Estate. By law I cannot do that, as she would have to pay half of the value in taxes... But by instructing UNCLE's caregiver to let her take my role for UNCLE when I no longer can enjoy life, she can continue everything, without paying a dime in taxes, with no lawyer fees, and no probate. No ownership takes place. All that happens is that UNCLE gets a niece to replace his nephew. That's it! I have, of course, told UNCLE everything he needs to know about his future niece, so she will easily be recognized. It gives a lot of internal peace to know that this is all in place and cannot be changed by any new laws....
If I want to go back to living a "normal" life? You've got to be crazy if you can even think that thought! You might as well ask a fish if its want out of the water...

The judiciary, the Crown and the Human Rights Commission are hiding a legal argument from New Zealand . This covert application was achieved with an omission from a judgment against Easton , 10 February 2010 by Justice Robert Dobson.
It is not the only serious omission from proceedings in the judgment where Justice Dobson also protected a demonstrably poor decision (made in part without evidence before the Court) by the Chief High Court judge Justice Anthony Randerson. For the purpose of this communication I will not pursue this matter in this forum and rely that the matter will be fully ventilated through my complaint against Justice Dobson to the Judicial Conduct Commissioner.
The argument to be considered by the public is whether or not a child is protected under family status from discrimination, and if not why not?
New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 No 109 (as at 03 September 2007), Public Act
s6 Interpretation consistent with Bill of Rights to be preferred
s28 Other rights and freedoms not affected
Human Rights Act 1993 No 82 (as at 01 October 2008), Public Act
s21 Prohibited grounds of discrimination
