It is unfortunate that there are many misconceptions surrounding the entire Freeman-on-the-Land perspective and movement. Some of these misconceptions are potentially dangerous, with many police officers being told we are a cult, anti-government, and violent. None of these are the case. The tragic case of Jerry Kane and his son, ‘Sovereign Citizens’ in the United States who killed a couple of police officers are often used to denigrate and vilify the entire Freeman Movement and generate fear and distrust of those who merely claim and exercise their rights, and fulfill their duties. This division between the police, government entities and the Freemen is unnecessary and does not serve anyone. I am hopeful that by attending this show you will better understand our motives, goals and desires, and realize we are not in any way a threat to you or your members, but are in fact acting in the best interest of our country and future generations.

The world is messed up, on that pretty much all agree.

I studied the situation, and kinda see how all the problems, lead back to five basic ones. These five simple problems have remedies, and they are right at our fingertips, for perhaps the first time in history. Five kinda simple ones, which we are for the first time in history in a position to employ. I would like to discuss first the problems, and then share what I feel potential solutions may be.

1 - Our relationship with our public servants is upside down.

2- Our government is not representing us properly.

3- The courts allow fictions.

4- Peace Officers are not peaceful.

5- Our money comes with interest attached.

‎1- They are supposed to be public servants, but they act like they are masters of the public. The commands, demands, regulation of innocuous activities, abdication of duty to protect our rights, all this adds up to a vision of us being their children, or wards. We must learn to reject their demands and commands, and give them our own. We must shift from being a ward of the servant, to a Master of the Servant.

‎2- Our form of government is simply archaic, unresponsive, easily hijacked, and is no longer serving the people, but the corporations and fictions which have hijacked it. For all intents and purposes, it is a private entity providing public services. It is representative in the barest sense of the word, and even then, many would argue not at all.

3- Courts allow legal fictions, imaginary constructs called corporations to be heard. They are soulless, big, rich, and solely profit driven. Fiction is not truth, and without truth you will never have justice.

4- Peace officers, we have all seen, seem to evolving into a group of revenue collecting, conflict generating, policy enforcing thug caste with some form of almost religious belief system that causes them to think that we have to be protected from exercising our rights, and us doing what we are told is best for us. They routinely employ unlawful threats of violence or actual violence to achieve compliance with what are essentially the private policies of an imaginary entity. They operate with ignorance of the limits of their lawful authority, and say things like 'take it up with the judge', serving you papers that creates conflict and business for the court.

5- Our money is borrowed into existence, with interest attached. It is a tool of exchange, and when it must be borrowed into existence, the lender has the power to limit our ability to engage in exchange, and to create an artificial poverty. Unfortunately, we look at it not as an indication of how much trade has happened, or how much we have built, but as how much debt we can carry, and pay back. Thus our infrastructure and maintenance, and social services and education level of the populace is limited by the money supply, instead of the money supply being determined by what we have built and maintained.

Now to the remedies. I have no doubt the first one will offend some people. I am sure there are other ways to put it, but I think that brutal honesty has its place, and this may be one of them... so without wanting to offend, but kinda sure I will...

REMEDY #1- Grow Up. If you are unhappy with the people in the government acting like they are in charge of you, then change your relationship with them. Recognize they are in fact servants, and doing what they do BECAUSE of the steps you have either taken or failed to take, and which has put you in a position under them. Legally speaking you are in the position of ward of the state, and it is that mechanism which allows them to do that which you do not like, and complain about. Crying to the government will not work. It merely identifies you even more as a child needing to be taken care of. And of the remedies, this may be the most important, for all others are built on it, and without it they all fail quickly. All their conflict generating efforts fail when people are acting maturely. And trust me on this, there are people in power seeking to generate conflict on a massive scale, so they can employ their remedies, ones you will not find remedial at all. The good news is so many people seem to be undergoing a radical shift in paradigm perception and growth of consciousness. People are growing up, recognizing their self-worth and inherent powers, asking questions, standing and realizing the need for change and uselessness of conflict. Coming together as brothers and sisters, they are claiming their inheritance from their nannies, and they have been caught with their hands in the empty cookie jar, and their pockets stuffed with cookies.

REMEDY #2 - Direct Participatory Democracy. We now have the power using the Internet to raise, deliberate, determine, and enact our will without having to elect some corporate selected and supported stranger to supposedly represent our will. Back when the parliamentary form of government was created, and even a hundred years ago, life was far tougher, moved slower, and the technology simply did not exist. People would not have been able to do what we can now. But now we can. Using the dying libraries, and the Internet, an online secure People's Congress could be created and just about any issue, form chemtrails, to the creation of our money could be addressed successfully. This one rests on the first.

REMEDY #3 - Convene new de jure courts, where only living breathing people have a voice, and no fictions have standing. A 'People's Court' with elected judges operating upon an oath to the people and justice. Not the Queen, not some fictional crown, but the people and justice. In this manner people who hide behind fictions and imaginary constructs would be stripped of their legal liability protection, and the shit they do would stop in short order. This too is a simple thing to do, though it would likely face some resistance from the existing ones, and the private societies which benefit so greatly from them.

REMEDY #4 - Become Peace Officers yourselves. Hire each other to 'preserve and maintain the public peace. Use that status to monitor and sanction policy enforcement officers who act contrary to the law when enforcing their statutes. They would be recognized and respected by our People's Courts, as they serve one master only, and wear only one hat so to speak. Keeping the public peace. And I am not talking about everyone walking around with guns and arresting police, or a militia force, but using cameras and our courts protected by the peace officer status, and when arrest is necessary, sending the sheriffs after them. The status also helps to secure the peace, and if everyone stood as peace officers, how could those who seek conflict generate it amongst ourselves?

REMEDY #5 - Create our own money and seize our own security. Hold and administer them ourselves, or establish a trust yourself with a lawyer to hold it and administer it according to your directives. We can create the money we need for the purpose of building infrastructure, maintaining it, providing public services of all types, educating the populace, and meeting basic needs, empowering people to find and share their passion, and escape the rats race. We do not have to burden future generations with debt, and if the growth keeps pace with the money supply, the value of the money actually increases. Money could be created as the exchange takes place, evidencing the exchange, not limiting them. We leave future generations with a good infrastructure, no debt, and a society that seeks to help them find abundance by developing their passion, and sharing it. Money can in fact be put into circulation without debt, and if it is a function of our efforts, not a limit upon them, people can build and exchange without artificial limits.

After we got to know Rob a little, we went into greater depth with him a few days later, which was a pleasantly informative experience. As Matt says in the podcast, Rob is simply a peaceful man who really knows who he is and where he needs to be.

There are many people out there who look to and accept external influence from the media, web and porn to fulfil their lives. And it is the casting of this spell, externalization, where a few nutjobs have found power, greed and money, resulting in the procurement of the West's modern belief system. This is why figures like Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Tony Blair, David Koresh and much earlier Jesus Christ have always been manifested to peddle preconceived truths and instructions that misdirect the love and direction of mankind. So when we look at what's happening in the World, it makes sense to ask the question, if we are the ones who desire these manifestations, then is it actually us who pulls the strings? Rob says his first epiphany was when he realized,"The people who I thought were the enemy, were not my enemies, it was only in my heart. And once I got rid of my fear, anger and shame, they had no hold on me, as it's only these feelings the people who seek to control can use on us all. Once we stop accepting the stimulus that harms, the healing begins. The catalyst for change is the friendships people find along their own paths."

Rob agrees that Authorities have the upper hand with most people whilst the threat of taking possessions away exists, as most of us spend most of our energy and lives in the external. When more people can understand this truth, it will become common-sense to know why mortgages, loans and credit exist. So how have people over time let de-facto governments operate through threats and scaremongering? Who knows, maybe the excuse their end is that they continue to serve us and they're merely giving us what we want? Rob recited the metaphor,"The Nanny needs to appreciate that we're responsible and that we won't trail crap everywhere. A lot of people think that because we have a right to engage in an action, that it's sometimes OK to engage in that action, this is what could lead to them treating you like a child."

He is right, we as people have let Government not just be stewards of our Sovereignty, we have let them, through the most oppressive methods, take control of the most precise thing and the only defence we have to make things right, our hearts.

Rob firmly believes the Freeman Society is one of the remedies to taking the control away from the ignorant and powerful 'them'. He indicates,'These psychopaths are way behind schedule and that 'they' didn't account for the rise of the web and now it's working against them.'One of the ways 'they' try to stop the flow of information across the web is to generate disinfo and admittedly all of us sometimes have difficulty in deciding what is the truth in this cold landscape. Rob's web philosophy is simply this: everything on the web is bollox until he looks into the subject matter himself and decides how it affects his heart.

One of the founding principles of the Freeman Society is the concept: "Of that which exists in equity cannot latch onto what only exists in Law. And to drag it into equity to operate its equity rules onto it cannot be, if there has not been consent."

Rob can confidently talk about his remarkable successes, through Claim of Right and Notices of Understanding and Intent. One thing stood out in his words, "it pays to get to know the Authorities' administration procedures better than they do, so you're always one step ahead or at least on even ground."

Ultimately, Rob's Cunning Plan 2.0 and the World Freeman Congress is the manifestation of their vision. The plan is to get the Freeman Society established in Canada and then focus on Britain, Ireland and other places. And when the Freeman Society grows, Rob declares he wants to be surrounded by groupies' so please email him for details. But most likely, he'll be doing just as he does now, helping others, chilling with his friends and having a lovely life within his Community. Rob's vision is a futuristic concept of people living together in harmony, much like Buckminster Fuller's, Starship Earth and the Venus Project. Rob asserts;'We simply need land, protection of the land, peace officers, a resourceful bunch of shops, funky cabins people could rent and lots of different sustainable homes.

But most importantly he says that there is a need for lots of people and families with real creative skills.

One of the most frequent questions asked by people is how to claim land as a Freeman. The Freemen will claim the land they choose by putting a Notice up on the Land and there has been a team appointed to get it right. So sit tight on how it goes, as it could end up being a blueprint for the rest of the World to use and starting building new communities. Another question on the tips of peoples' tongues is about how to travel around the world without a Passport. Rob describes a laissez-passer will work in most cases, but he says that a Country can refuse entry. They will be setting up their own laissez-passer working with other Countries. Rob admits travelling outside the Community will be one of their greatest hurdles, as they will need to not just make agreements with Canada but also other countries where they will want to visit in the future.

Some will say that Rob's concept has been unsuccessful in the past, perhaps attributed to and likely why there is a lot of hardship in the world today, the fair flow of currency. The community's infrastructure will be funded using outside investment. But the Freemen will be establishing their own currency;'Everyone who trades will have their own faces on the notes (probably IOUs); they will say how much work they will be doing in the following year and then they advance say $50,000 of notes with their face on. So that trader will have to pay back $50,000 to the Society with other peoples' faces on it. But you can't ask for more than you can monetise. If people don't manage to meet their goals, they have to pay back 10% interest on what they borrowed.

It's a very bold plan to create not just a community, but also a micro-economy. We're 100% behind it because we need more people like Rob to show the difference it can make if respect and love is brought back into the equation of us living together! But if Rob defines his spiritual paradigm as chasing butterflies and making mud pies, then we hope he's got a good team behind him! ;)

Rob's Cavalcade of Amazing People, Products and Things is in pre-production and we are looking for you guessed it, amazing people to interview, products to promote and things to share. People can be anyone whom you believe is amazing and can of course include yourself.

For products we shall focus on home based, hemp based, or new products to help entrepreneurs promote new and green consumer goods, tools, inventions, ideas and the like.

They must have something for sale. For things, we left that wide open, and can include your music, a poem, comedy or other talent, information, a pet dog, a rock you found, or just about anything that is not a human being and not a consumer product offered for sale. (Although talent and art work can be included and it is hoped that will allow artists growth and publicity)

Dear Fine Folks at the CBC and other Canadian people,

Hello and good day. I am commonly known as Robert-Arthur of the Menard family. I am a Freeman-on-the-Land and Interim Director of the World Freeman Society. We are a global organization dedicated to helping create a freer and more abundant world, where authority is not gained with deception and when exercised done so with compassion, restraint, understanding and accountability.

I was recently subjected to a deep sense of disbelief bordering on the surreal when I read in the National Post the following:

I am sure he would prefer that you did not bring his unlawful and highly opprobrious actions to light as that is one of the hallmarks of bullies. I am simply astounded at the idea that this man thinks he can do all that he did, and now seek to punish or sanction those who by their vigilance and integrity help to protect us all from the rise of tyranny, oppression and perversions of justice. The idea that a police officer could sue the CBC for covering the unlawful actions of that officer, actions that affect us all so deeply, reflects a level of narcissism and disdain for the public that is shocking and scary. If even a fraction of the police in this country think like he does we could be in for some very serious trouble.

Those words did cause me to ponder however, and as a man of peace who loves remedy and prefers acceptance and redirection over direct conflict, I came to the realization that HE has caused me what he is claiming you have caused him! And furthermore, he has also caused that same harm in just about every Canadian who saw that footage, and felt the burden of responsibility for allowing our police to develop into such thuggish brutes. It was a tragedy very easily avoided, and is a shameful and unwarranted stain on our reputation as a Nation, a People and a Country. It has caused me personally emotional distress; it has caused me to be subjected to serious embarrassment on the world stage; it has deeply damaged the level of trust I had for peace officers; I now feel a reasonable and justified fear every time I see a man with a tamer, er, taser especially a member of the RCMP; it has has eroded my faith in the judicial system and the manner in which they attempt to administrate justice. In short, I think I am in a position to bring legal action to bear against him for his actions on that day and if successful, so will every other Canadian. But why stop there? If I did it would not be in keeping with my philosophy.

I have been looking for an opportunity to bring legal action to bear against one suitable officer for the purpose of educating the rest as to the limits of their authority and in order to entice them to accept their duties with more professionalism and restraint. I think this man with his actions have 'rung my bell', and has apparently volunteered for the position. In fact, I can not think of a more suitable candidate for this action. My position is that gross negligence is equal to fraud, and failure to distinguish between an Act and the law is gross negligence and fraud, and I doubt he has ever made that distinction, and as such, he has been committing fraud his entire career. I believe the proceeds of crime legislation is in fact applicable to the police and government agents, and that is where the proceeds of crime concept comes into play: if he has been acting criminally his entire career, as I think I can prove, then he must forfeit everything he has ever been paid under proceeds of crime legislation. If it is good for the goose, it is good for the gander. I think we should then donate that directly to the people of Poland, along with a huge amount of maple syrup, smoked salmon, wheat, cheddar, and maybe one beaver, as an apology and amends.

So, I am curious as to whether you would be interested in doing a story about that same officer who is levelling charges against The Fine Folks at the CBC, facing the same type of charges, but by thousands of Canadians, all of whom either bring class action suit, or sue him individually in small claims court.

This weekend I will be doing some research and studying various options, but I will likely be filing in small claims court here in Vancouver on Monday my action against him. The other thing will require more study, but it is on the to do list. Likely using the power of the Internet, I can find hundreds of people who feel as I do, and are willing to stand for Canada's reputation and initiate lawful legal action against him.

We are trying to get a public action where people across Canada will claim immunity from extradition. We will have notices and claims available, and will be tying in with the first edition of the new soon to be published Agora Newspaper, an independent twice monthly newspaper with a strong freedom loving perspective.

We are trying to get a system in place whereby those who do make their claim can record their actions on a board specific for that purpose. We would also like to ensure that Marc Emery is aware of all of us making these claims, and thus maybe he will too, and save his bacon. No one can force him to claim immunity, but if thousands do so, he will look silly going to jail without claiming it as well. And if he does claim it, the Minister has strong reason and just cause to not do as his US counterparts wish.

Taking part in this action will require very little in terms of time and money, as mailing a notice and claim to him is free. Although if you wanted to do it by registered mail you could. Further details will be available on the site in a few hours, along with a new video specific to this purpose.

I would appreciate it if you could find time to help and join in this action. We will try to make it as painless and pleasant as possible. Those who may dislike Marc Emery I ask you look past that and imagine how you would feel in his situation.

Many beavers make light work!

I strongly suggest you use or at least try the double-buddy system as described in the Plan. It is highly flexible, teaches people to learn and helps people learn to teach, is so easily infiltrated that doing so is ludicrous and useless anyway, and is the easiest way for these burdens to be carried. To a certain degree the term 'hierarchy' does not really apply, as we try to avoid such things. This is an obstacle course and no one is at the top of the whole course, but some do get to certain obstacles first, and their duty then is not to be the first over, but to boost up the next and all that follow and to be the last over that particular obstacle. This is how the team wins. It is also one of our greatest strengths and will allow us to catch up quickly and easily. We will not be spending time and energy worrying about the hierarchy and our place in it or who gets what glory or perks like our so called opponents might.

These questions you have are already answered, and I see how either I failed to explain it adequately or you have failed to pay attention. All you have to do is find two people to work with as your buddies. Who is in charge is not a concern, because if both disagree with you on where you want that particular cell to go then you would be foolish to ignore and they can walk away. As others come to be involved, accommodate them by putting them in groups of three and then start working with them to teach them, use their energy and efforts to achieve your cell goals, and have fun. Every 30 days mix it up and do a debriefing so things stay fresh and exciting, people can recharge their batteries and see their progress and mistakes and we win...

Worry about a hierarchy and we lose.

Just get it done and at least try the DBS as explained first before wasting time and energy deciding things that really should be determined naturally through effort and application of talents.

All you have to do is find two people to work with and be ready to accept others.
