malicious prosecution

Hello my name is Nathan and I've been kicked around and trampled by the system. I've come to realize that to just plead innocent is a mistake. I have not been "successfull" in court, but when I brought countercharges I got a dismissal rather than an assault. Please look up "malicious prosecution" in the law dictionary and I think you will get a good perspective. You may even get a good perspective on sueing the prosecutioner. I just took the insurance co. to court for fraud (small claims)for being forced to buy insurance. The judge interupted me and dismissed-I stated "you are abandoning the court" (8/22/2011)I am now taking the insurance co. to court for invasion of privacy - Please look up "invasion of privacy" in the law dictionary - set for 9/26/2011 for sending my info to the DMV (without my consent) regarding my cancelation of payment. Ephesians 5:11,12 states "Have no fellowship with the unfuitful works of dardness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. The sueing thing is new for me. I feel it is needed because it "exposes them". I'm starting small, but I would like to move up to a suit against my malicious prosecutioners. - Nathan
